We are a professional couple and have a lovely clean, modern, quiet, low maintenance 4 bed 2 bathroom home with a refurbished back deck and newly installed inground pool (6x3m) , at the end of a quiet cul de sac, with a sizeable fully enclosed back garden and front balcony, located bayside south east Brisbane, 15 minutes from the beach (Raby Bay, ferry to North Stradbroke Island from Cleveland) and a 5 minute drive to the local shopping centre and 30 mins drive from Brisbane CBD. We have a very shy ‘indoor only’ one eyed rescue cat - Barbara - and and a 9 year old well trained placid female Pyrenees Mountain dog (Belle) who is a retired hospital therapy dog. Barbara needs feeding/litter tray kept clean and some loving / (paramount importance that exterior doors remain closed at all times so she cannot escape ) and Belle needs a decent short walk at least once a day, feeding and some loving company :). Experienced dog owners only and someone who will be at home for a decent part of the day not away at work for 8-10 hours plus. The lawns front and back will need a bit of maintenance depending on rain levels and palm fronds dropping etc. We have pool company that maintains the pool on a monthly basis so the pool concrete just needs a brush every 2 wks and the pool robot dropped in to clean any leaf drop as required.
