About this house sitting position in Singleton

4 x 2 house in Singleton. We have an older Kelpie x named King who thinks he is a cat and just likes to chill.
We are 2 blocks to the beach, 2 mins from shops and half way between rockingham and mandurah.
No gardening or lawns need to be done unless you are that way inclined, just feeding the dog in the evening and topping up the feed and water for our 4 chickens once a week.
We will close off the master bedroom which leaves you 2 x rooms with queen size beds and a room with a single bed, bathroom, toilet, open kitchen living and dining and large backyard with alfresco.
