Four bedroom, brick veneer home built on a slab. Single step entry via any access point. Single owner since new Oct 2015. Covered terrace with outdoor kitchen. Home located close to Rainbow Beach, Bonny Hills NSW, local shops etc. 11 y/o American Staffordshire Terrier who loves everybody. Has minor health issues with skin irritation (feet and those other sensitive areas) that only requires weekly maintenance as a precaution. Her ladyship is spoilt, and she usually sleeps inside at night in her bed. Feeds are morning and night that include a medication (crushed). Loves to go for a walk on her lead and play in the backyard with balls etc. Koco is very good natured, but she is getting older and is usually fine with smaller dogs but does not suffer larger male dogs. There are a couple of Bonsai plants that need regular watering (particularly at this time of the year).
