“Our recent house sit in Townsville was a wonderful experience for Paul and I. We met and stayed with Ken and Gaynor for 2 nights before they departed and enjoyed their hospitality and getting to know them and the routines for the sit. We bonded with the 2 cats (Ruby and Leeroy) very quickly and absolutely loved looking after them, watching their funny antics (especially cheeky Leeroy), grooming them (especially Ruby with her sleek fur) and letting them sleep in our bedroom. The 4 chickens were also a delight to feed, water and let out of their spacious coop to fossick around the grass. They returned the love with fresh delicious eggs daily. The beautiful gardens, manicured lawns and welcome pool were a pleasure to look after as was the lovely, spacious home but the highlight for us was definitely Ruby and Leeroy and we miss their company greatly. ” - Read more
