About this house sitting position in FITZROY NORTH

Hello!

We are looking for someone to stay in our beautiful home in North Fitzroy. It's a lovely quiet street and the house is architecturally designed with one bedroom (with king sized bed, TV, ensuite and balcony). There is also a study upstairs. Downstairs is open plan, kitchen, dining and loungeroom with a large projector screen. There is also a bathroom room downstairs with a large bath over-looking the garden. We are a 10-12 minute walk from North Fitzroy Village and a 15 minute walk to Edinburgh Gardens.

As part of the stay, we need the Airbnb cleaned. The Airbnb is at the back of the property (there is a courtyard and large wall dividing the two properties, so you never see or hear the guests). The Airbnb is a small one-bedroom studio which takes one person 1-1.5 hours to clean. We will pay $60 for the cleaning. The dates for the cleans are January 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 – so $420.00 all up. There is also some washing that needs to be done. The other task is watering the small garden and indoor plants.
