My house in Coffs Harbour is central to everything easy walk to CBD - shopping, cafes, pubs, restaurants, Yarilla Gallery etc and only 5 minute drive to Jetty Beach or Botanic Gardens.
My home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen dining and lounge with views to park reserve next door and Golf Club across the road.
I keep my home very clean, it was built in the 60s so has lovely polished wooden floor, is light and airy with some older style features. I expect whoever stays at my home will keep it in the very same condition as I do.
More importantly you must absolutely be a CAT LOVER!
My little girls are Minouche she is 1 and a half and baby Phoebe is one . I adore them to pieces and give them plenty of pats, hugs and love. They are "indoor cats only" therefore when entering or exiting my house you must be vigilant,always make sure neither of them will sneak out the door when you are going out or arriving. I have trained them as best I can but they may behave differently with someone unfamiliar. I will answer any other questions if you need...
