3 bed, 2 bath farmhouse/coastal style house with wood panelled walls, vaulted wooden ceiling in main living area. (Lots of wood) Built in early 1990’s. Carport, north facing back verandah. Front door access via ramp. Two steps down to living area.

Native plant garden still in development - fruit trees, vegetable garden, house plants, outdoor pots.

We live just south of Batemans Bay and in the vicinity of an array of beautiful beaches, water ways and inlets, forests and hills. Our locality is hilly ‘suburban’, within 500 metres from Lilli Pilli beach. House block is approx 670sqmetres. Most services - shopping centre, govt offices, schools, light industrial, library, cinema, gyms and sport facilities are within 15 minutes by car. A daily local bus service is accessible but infrequent. Our neighbourhood is friendly.

Our dog is an 11 year old male medium sized kelpie cross border collie who loves people and loves beach walking. Playful, energetic and friendly with other dogs. He is sweet natured, good with children, but has that kelpie strong will so we would prefer someone who is confident and/or has experience with working dog type of dog.

We would like someone who would keep an eye on and water the plants as needed.

Two bedrooms will be available for use - the main bedroom with comfortable queen size bed and ensuite. The room we use for guests is also our library/study and has an IKEA day bed that opens out to a king size bed with comfortable mattresses. Read more...
