About this house sitting position in CHATSWORTH

We have a 4 bedroom house on 34 acres at Chatsworth, just north of Gympie with a 6 month old Labradoodle, Ava, who is an inside and outside dog! Ava loves a walk on her lead. At this stage she sleeps in her crate every night in the laundry. We also have cattle and 2 horses who are pretty well self sufficient but depending on the season may need feeding in the afternoons.
Our main needs are caring for Ava, the lawn (not large) would probably need mowing , pot plants watered and general day to day care of the house. Pool is normally easy to care for and shouldn’t need much maintenance. We are non smokers so a non smoker is a must.
We are about 10 minutes from the CBD. Gympie is a well-appointed regional centre, 40 mins from Tin Can Bay and 1 hr from Rainbow Beach and Inskip Point, the departure point for Fraser Island. We are 45 mins from the Sunshine Coast and 2 hrs from Brisbane. There are some lovely drives around the Wide Bay Burnett area. Lots for you to explore.
