About this house sitting position in Mandurah

My home is a 3 x 1 with a big backyard and a huge man cave, foosball table, pool table that’s all little worse for wear but still useable, fire pit.

The house has two garage doors but I have two cars inside the garage. One smaller car can fit inside for coverage but the driveway is two lanes and can fit big cars on each side outside the garage.

There is wifi, smart tv, ps4, netflix, binge, prime video, Disney plus etc.

Double door fridge, washing machine, two freezers, microwave, air fryer, kettle etc.

- Animals
A German shepherd (high maintenance)
Two Indian ring neck parrots (low maintenance)
A 4ft fish tank (low maintenance)

Koda is not male dog friendly, he can be friendly with smaller female dogs.

Koda must not be given any food other than his prepared food as he has allergies.

- Requirements
You must LOVE big dogs.
Koda requires daily medication - he’s not difficult with taking them.
Koda may need cream put on his belly for allergies but not always. He’s pretty good with this also.

Feed all pets, dog/fish fed and watered once a day and birds every other day

Exercise Koda in the backyard with his pool and throwing toys. Giving him plenty of attention when you are home as he is a sooky dog!

Maintain house/backyard cleanliness.
Bring in mail/packages
Take out bins
Water backyard once a week

Meeting in person is required at the house prior to stay.

Police clearance is required and references are preferred.
