About this house sitting position in ELLASWOOD

Our home is a beautiful, light filled home in the middle of rolling hills and bush in the hills north of Bairnsdale, East Gippsland. It is the best of both worlds- serenity, not another house in site, but only a 17 minute drive to town. Our house is a generous 3 bedroom/2 bathroom size, with plenty of space for guests.
We have two dogs- Shadow, a female border collie/staffy mix (we think). She is approximately 5 years old, and is very affectionate and playful. She will bark at a car coming into the driveway, but once she meets the people she falls over herself to show her love.

Our second dog is Max, a 9 year old greyhound. He is your classic greyhound personality- loves to nap and just lie down in the same room as you, but also loves a walk and run around. He is a dream on the lead. He does have sleep startle and isn't safe around cats.

We are after a sitter to look after our dogs and home while we travel for 7 weeks. We are happy to pay for respite dog care during this period which we can discuss further with the selected sitter.
