Our home is located in the village of Caistor St Edmund, just 4 miles south of the fine city of Norwich and there is a regular bus service to the city centre. Poringland village is just a few minutes’ walk away and has a small supermarket, newsagents, 2 pubs, and a selection of take-aways.
Our home is a 4-bed detached house with a large quiet garden. Having recently been renovated it has a modern kitchen diner, a lovely lounge with bi-fold doors overlooking the garden, a study, second sitting room and a small home gym.
We have three delightful chickens who free range in a large fenced area of garden, they have a coop & henhouse with automatic doors, so they let themselves out in the morning and put themselves to bed at night. Naturally, we do check they do this! They require cleaning out once a day and feeding twice daily.
We are looking for someone to treasure our home as though it was their own and care for our chickens like they are family!
