Black Range, Victoria

Sandstone house on 10 acres of bush block close to the Black Ranges. Kangaroos, wallabies and deer all venture onto the property with views of rural farming land. An array of native birdlife is able to be seen from the kitchen table. There is a walking trail into the Black Ranges with amazing views of local farming land. Close to Stawell with 15 minute drives to the Grampians and various walking trails and hikes. You would be looking after our two dogs who are both big dogs, two cats- one old, a gold fish in a pond, a couple of four-legged grass maintainers and a few chooks and rooster. There is also a chunky magpie who always wants a few cat biscuits thrown to her and brings her babies each year. Very peaceful existence and great for those who seek for quieter times. Sitters will need vehicles to access shopping as there is no public transport available and mail goes to the Post Office as there is no delivery. We are a family of four who will head away for a month with our camper trailer to see more of our beautiful country.
