We have a lovely half acre very close to the beach in a private rural setting. The closest town is 1.5km away with a sweet coastal village feel. The beach is in this town.
We have a small but comfortable, easy care new home with manageable yards. The house is very clean, and the yards are very tidy. All mods cons, air con, wifi, dishwasher, fridge, front loader washing machine are in excellent condition. The place is on solar and mains and is off grid for water. Closest town is 1.5km away, same for Public Transport.

We have 2 sweet beagles, and two darling and strictly indoor cats. We are looking for someone who understands loving dogs and indoor cats.

The dogs are indoor/outdoor and a bit older now and therefore more settled. They are very sweet, highly loved and do need an eye kept on them.
Every time they are outside, they wear E-Collars which work with a E-Boundary Fence to stop them running away. This is a vital part of their care and safety.

Gardening requirements are fairly low, my pot plants need watering once per week, as does my vegetable garden.

The dogs do need eye drops 3 x day - please ensure you feel alright with this requirement as well as a couple tablets in the morning. They are trained and gentle and still while you administer the drops and they gobble up the tabs in a small blob of wet food.
