About This House Sit
Available July 2027 onwards. I usually pay a local caretaker/Gardner to look after it. Duties would be a few hours a day gardening and decorating with materials paid for. There is a Ford Transit camper, but rego. and insurance not included. Heating (hopefully a heat-pump) would have to be installed for winter. There are wifi cameras for security in outside areas only.
Just looking after the house and garden. Nothing special required. Plenty of Gardens and landscaping to work on- for your pleasure and exercise. No pets to worry about. Food is tasty in Bulgaria.
