I’m looking for a responsible, trustworthy, and cat-loving individual to stay in my home for several months while I’m away. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and well-maintained, offering a relaxed and comfortable environment. As a sitter, you’ll have access to community amenities including a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, and more. There are also walking paths throughout the community, perfect for enjoying daily walks in a peaceful setting. The location is a major highlight—you’ll be just a short drive from some of the Gulf Coast’s most beautiful beaches, along with excellent shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The home itself is clean, updated, and easy to care for, making it ideal for a longer-term stay. It includes Wi-Fi, internet and many streaming options, such as HBO, Apple, Paramount and more... Please note that a car is not provided, and public transportation is limited in the area, so having your own reliable transportation is necessary. Things to Consider Before Applying To ensure this is a great fit for both of us, please consider the following: Comfort with shy cats: Both cats are timid and sensitive to noise. They require patience and a calm, gentle approach, especially in the beginning. Preference for a quiet environment: This is not a good fit for someone who plans to host guests frequently or have a busy, social household. Sleeping arrangement: The cats are used to sleeping on the bed in the primary bedroom, so you’ll need to be comfortable with that routine. Length of commitment: I’m looking for someone who can commit to the full duration of the stay. Transportation: A personal vehicle is necessary, as public transportation is limited and a car is not provided.
