Long Autumn Sit in Rural Lincolnshire

Looking for someone with a genuine love of animals, reliable tidy etc. All the obvious things really. We think this is a great area with lots to see and explore. We relocated here ourselves. We are looking for approx2 months plus from around 24th August to 11th November. Dates and total period would be flexible Ongoing we would be looking for sitters for periods around 2 months at different times of year. If there is anyone out there who would like regular trips Lincolnshire we could possibly develop some kind of regular arrangement. There could be scope for slightly shorter sits. We have 3 dogs who love walks. They are 3 retired racing grehounds. There are also 2 rabbits( Angoras) and 9 Guinea Pigs housed in purpose buit hutches undercover. They basically need feeding and keeping clean. There are also 2 cockatiels plus 2 budgies in a small aviary. Indoor and outdoor fish which require minimal attention. Other than that just minimal gardening. Possibly watering. We are located just outside of Wainfleet which is approximately 6 miles from Skegness. So we have the best of both worlds Countryside and Seaside! Accommodation would be in our mobile home in the large (half acre) garden which borders the River Steeping. Also additional facilities in our cottage . The mobile home has been extensively renovated and improved and is heated by a cosy solid fuel stove/woodburner. There is also ample room for a touring caravan or motorhome. There is also good Broadband access therefore making the sit ideal for remote workers/digital nomads. The property is in a quiet rural location but is only half a mile from Wainfleet and approx 6 miles from Skegness. So all the sun, sand, candyfloss and fish and chips of the Lincolnshire coast are all in easy reach but also that completely alternative rural Lincolnshire of market towns, the Wolds and fens is also on your doorstep. The area is also a 'carboot' lovers paradise. Our property is located in a small group of 6 and we have very friendly helpful neighbours.. Rural location but also close to the coast. Garden adjacent to river - very peaceful. Yes
