Mount Evelyn, Victoria

We are looking for a house sitter for 5th July - 16 Sept to care for our home, three chickens and two goldfish (pond). Our home is a comfortable single storey building in leafy Mount Evelyn in Melbourne's outer eastern suburbs. It has three bedrooms, one with en-suite, and spacious living areas. The house is surrounded by pretty gardens which require minimal care over the winter months. We are close to the beautiful Yarra Valley wineries and the Warburton rail trail is nearby. A car can be available but it is manual gearbox. 5 mins walk from the house there is a bus service to Lilydale and Ringwood stations connecting with trains to Melbourne.
There is a mothballed spa which will require weekly dosing of chemicals, all supplied of course.
