Warrnambool, Victoria

Hi - my home is 6 yrs old and overlooks the ocean on the edge of town. The garden has been set up for low maintenance, and should only require mowing and weeding. The house is also set up for easy care and maintenance. I keep both the house & garden in very good condition, and would ask that any sitters would maintain this level of care please. A 2 car garage is available for use. Due to estate requirements, no caravans etc are permitted to be parked on the property.

I have a 10 year old husky who is very healthy and loves her daily walks. She is hesitant with strangers, but once settled, will by your best friend. She will follow you around all day and is both an inside & outside dog. A spoilt princess....

We are a tourist town and region, so there are plenty of places and activities for you to occupy your days if you wish.... walks and hiking, historic sites, bike rides, public library, beaches, rivers, shopping, good food ..... Both the Grampians and Otway areas are close by and make excellent day excursions.
Alternatively you are welcome to curl up with a good book inside, while you watch the winter winds and storms outside.
