Manly Vale, New South Wales

Two-bedroom unit with balcony and nice aspect overlooking the district on the northern beaches in Manly Vale. Third floor small block of ten units. Close to public transport, shops and supermarkets. No garage only street parking. Broadband internet, walking distance to Manly Beach and Boy Charleton swimming pool. I have a 9-year-old Tabby and White male cat called Oliver who is very well behaved and a lovely companion who loves company and lots of cuddles. I keep a very tidy, clean and comfortable home and am looking for a single mature female who likes cats to look after Oliver and my home while I am away.
