Adelaide Park, Queensland

33 acres of farmland. Requires slashing when needed and house block requires mowing and wippersnippering. We have underground water which is drinkable from the tap as it is from a natural spring. It is a 3 bedroom lowest home on a mountain, 2 bedroom and an office and covered outside area. Driveway is 250 metres of dirt which we are currently improving with roadbase. It has a 3 car carport a 3 bay shed and 2 water tanks filled and used for fires if needed. We also have the firehose and pump if needed. The main tank is up another 800 metres from the house with a pump at the bottom of this hill. We have 2 dogs both aged over 10. A Jack Russell who requires supervision when outside as he has a liking to snakes, the other is a 32 kg American Staffy who thinks he is a cat. Both are inside dogs.
