Kariong, New South Wales

Hello,
We are a young family of 5 looking for a house sitter while we are away on holidays.

We are a 3 bedroom house with a pool on the Central Coast, NSW. Centrally located within a 20 min drive to some of the most beautiful beaches the coast has to offer. We have a cool cabana and beach trolley ready for you to use too!

We are also within walking distance to two local parks, one with free tennis courts to use. If you’re a golfer, just 10 minutes down the road is a great golf course, or another 2 within 20 minutes down drive.

Our house has ducted air con and an ev charger.
Gas cooking and hot water. Our main bathroom and WC has just been renovated last year.
There is wifi, smart tv, and plenty of board games and toys for kids and adults alike.
We also have a big flat front yard, with soccer goals and a trampoline set up.

The main bedroom with a king bed will be set up for our guests, but there is also 2 single beds if you are coming with little ones.

We have 2 cats (brothers, Sega and snuggles) both super friendly. Sega lost his back leg a few years ago, and has since got ptsd and can not be trusted or left with our dog.

We also have a medium/large labradoodle called Louis, who is friendly and loving. He would love to be walked as often as you’re able, and is very well trained with a Halti lead to give you full control.

Happy to send more photos of our house if you’re interested. Read more...
