Drouin, Victoria

Hello
My name is Phillip; my wife is Christine. We have 4 Bedroom brick veneer home, only 5 years old in a nice estate in Drouin Victoria.
We require a non-smoker person or couple. To look after our 6-year-old Rottweiler dog and a cat. Our dog Rosie needs a morning walk and a short afternoon walk. Lucy the cat only needs feeding and some cuddles, she is inside the house at all times.
Drouin is classified as a Gippsland town. We have 2 supermarkets Woolworths and Coles in town, along with some great cafes, restaurants, pubs and wineries in the area.
Inverloch is only an hour away; Melbourne is just over an hour away. Warragul is only 10 minutes away, there you will find Harvey Norman, Spotlight, Harris Scarf, Bunnings, K Mart etc. Along with many cafes an Aldi supermarket as well as Coles and Woolies.
We have some great walking trails and of course beautiful fresh air. There is a Picture Theatre in Warragul.
There are V-Line trains running to Melbourne every hour, or towards Sale. Bus services are running through Drouin as well.
