Golden Beach, Queensland

We are looking for someone to mind our home and cat for 6 weeks in August/September. We live in a two story townhouse that is 80m from the waters of the Pumicestone Passage.
Our spare bedroom is available for your use. The room has a built in wardrobe and a queen sized bed and is adjacent to a bathroom, with shower and bath, and a seperate toilet.

The bedrooms, bathroom and study (with a sofa bed) are on the upper level.

Downstairs is the kitchen, dining, living area that flow out to an enclosed outdoor space with a seating area and outdoor table.

There is also a toilet and laundry on the ground level and internal access to a lock-up garage.

The garage will have one car-space available and an electric vehicle fast charger if needed.

From our home there is easy access to beautiful walks along the waterfront - short distance to Bulcock Beach, 5k return walk to Kings Beach, south to Diamond Head and we are within walking distance of Caloundra and all amenities including the Caloundra Art Gallery, cinema, shops, library and restaurants.

There are 2 single kayaks, 2 stand-up paddle boards and 2 bikes if you wish to use them.

We have a small garden (including vegetable boxes) and a couple of worm farms along the side of the house where the washing line is located. There are a number of indoor and outdoor plants that will need regular watering.

Our pet is a shy, black and white cat named Mercury and we have a couple of gold fish in a small pond at the front door.

House sitting for us would involve feeding our cat and gold fish and watering plants.
