Palm Beach, Queensland

I'm looking for the right person (or couple) to live in my beautiful home and look after my sweet dog while I'm overseas for 2 weeks in September. And bonus if you can also stay one or two nights July 11-12 as I'm away for the weekend! Could be a trial run :)

I have a spacious one bedroom unit in a quiet street in the best location! 400m from the beach and 15 minute walk to Tallebudgera Creek. It's on the first floor with one flight of stairs and no lift.

There's no yard, just a lovely balcony, so it would need to be someone who is flexible with their work or works from home, as Lincoln would need to be let out after max 6 hours.

Although he is extremely well behaved, he is a big boy (41kg), so would be best suited to someone strong, or has experience with large dogs. He is very gentle & affectionate, super quiet (does not bark!), and no aggression. He needs a good walk in the morning and then he is pretty chilled the rest of the day, with a couple more outings (he'll always take more!)

My usual dog sitters adore him but are unavailable at this time. I have very helpful neighbours with him too.
