Tannum Sands, Queensland

Welcome to Our Coastal Home in Tannum Sands

15–29 December 2026

We are looking for a caring, trustworthy house sitter (or couple) to enjoy our home and look after our wonderful Border Collie while we spend Christmas with family.

Our home is comfortable and spacious, located in the beautiful coastal town of Tannum Sands, Queensland. We love living here because everything is so close—you can enjoy an easy walk to both the beach and the river, perfect for morning strolls, swimming, fishing or simply relaxing. Local cafés, shops and walking paths are also nearby.

The most important part of this house sit is caring for our much-loved 5-year-old Border Collie. He enjoys company and loves his daily routine. He spends his days outside, sleeps inside at night, is fed once each day and needs tablets morning and evening, which he takes without any fuss.

We’re simply looking for someone who will treat our home with care and give our dog the love and attention he’s used to while we’re away. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful stay in a beautiful coastal location over the Christmas period.

We’d love to hear from experienced sitters who are reliable, tidy, genuine dog lovers and happy to keep our home secure and our boy happy.

If this sounds like the perfect Christmas getaway for you, we’d love to hear from you! Read more...
