I live in a 2 story home, 2 upstairs bedrooms both with ensuites, main with a small balcony. Both have plenty of storage/hanging space. Downstairs is pretty basic, small office room, powder room, kitchen w microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils you need. Dining/ lounge is all on 1 but more than enough space. Undercover outdoor area. Table, bbq, courtyard, no grass Jasmine bushes, magnolia tree and few herbs . Electric roller door so quite secure. No off st parking but lots around which is free.
