Minyama, Queensland

Our home is a low set well maintained, easy care, renovated home on a 600m2 flat residential block in Minyama on the Sunshine Coast. We have a six-year-old Miniature Schnoodle, Chilli, who is an indoor dog, great company, easy going and enjoys local daily walks. We have a well-maintained garden and some indoor plants. We have great neighbours. We are very handy to shops, restaurants, the Mooloolah river (100 mtrs) and Mooloolaba (3 kms) and Kawana (2 kms) beaches. We are a retired couple in our 60’s and will be travelling to Japan from the 18th October to the 5th November 2026. (exact flight days and times yet tbc)
