Cat lover needed in the beautiful Charente with lovely views!,

I’m looking for a cat lover to look after Milly our cat. He is very slow & calm & loves his belly rubbed. He doesn’t go far from our house, and loves his dinner. There is also another cat called Bella that comes and calls in on us but she is an outside cat and prefers to be outdoors , she likes a stroke and sometimes if it’s cold she will settle on a chair for half an hour or so, but mainly she comes to eat as few biscuits and then goes off. She is very sweet, but quite timid. The main responsibility will be for Milli and to make sure he is fed watered & stroked everyday. The house is very easy to keep clean with 3 bedrooms and we have a robot clean the house. Please note we have moved into the area of the Charente from the Dordogne and this is a new house, some of my reviews relate to our previous house and our previous cats Honey & Tigger & Frankie who have all since sadly passed away. The house is set on the edge of the village of Saint Severin and has a lovely terrace to watch the sun rise in the morning and set in the evening. There is a second seating area at the side of the house with full sun. We also have a swimming pool recently installed this year and still a work in progress. The location is gorgeous, and the views around are fabulous. There are some lovely walks & bike rides, and 3 or 4 great restaurants just a 5 min walk away in town, together with bakery, spar supermarket, pharmacy, PO, bank and english bookshop. There are several pretty villages close by that are worth a visit, in particular, Aubeterre, voted one of the most attractive villages in France , which has lots of history and where there is more good restaurants. There is a large supermarket E leclerc within 10 min drive in Riberac. There is no public transport here , so you’ll need a car, especially if you have to make a vet visit for any reason as the vet is 15 mins away in Montmoreau. The nearest big cities are Angouleme 45 mins & Perigueux 40 mins. The airport at Bergerac is 1 hour away. No, sorry.
