Discover the Best of Both Worlds Near Brisbane City

Embrace suburban charm without sacrificing city perks in our vibrant, 5-bedroom family home, located just 15 minutes from Brisbane city. Shops, restaurants, public transport, and a 24/7 gym are all just steps away.
Our two-story brick house offers all the comforts one could wish for:

- Culinary Haven: A well-equipped, modern kitchen.
- Relaxation: A cinema room with streaming services for cozy evenings.
- Outdoor Oasis: A spacious, well-maintained backyard featuring an outdoor lounge and spa area.

Meet Chewy 🐾
This time around, our housesit includes our adorable 3-year-old, male long-haired Dachshund, Chewy. He is a rescue dog with a foster care history, which means he can be a bit anxious and nervous around new people initially.
When you first arrive, he will likely bark (loudly!) but he will soon settle down. He does not bite - he simply needs someone patient who will let him set the pace. Once he gets to know you, he transforms into a very cuddly and sweet shadow, who loves affection.

The Handover & Duties
Your housesitting duties will be a breeze:

- Pet Care: Give Chewy lots of love, patience, and routine once he warms up to you.
- Household Management: Manage mail, put out the bins, and give the lawn a quick trim.
- Spa Care: Monitor spa water quality (or we can empty the spa before we leave - just let us know your preference).
- Handover: For this longer trip, a family member will be looking after the house for the first part of our holiday, and you will take over the housesit directly from her.

Whether you're a local seeking a change of pace or a traveler exploring the area, our home offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and canine companionship.

The Small Print
- Please wear indoor slippers rather than shoes inside.
- No smoking or vaping inside.
- No parties, please.

We warmly welcome you to come over for a meet-and-greet before we leave - so you can meet us and Chewy beforehand, giving you complete confidence and reassurance for the handover while we're away. Read more...
