House and pet sitter wanted.

I am looking for a trustworthy, responsible house sitter who genuinely enjoys animals and has experience caring for dogs. Bindi is a friendly, 20 kg rescue dog who needs regular walks, companionship, and someone who will spend a reasonable amount of time at home with him. The ideal sitter will be clean, respectful of my home, reliable, and comfortable following clear instructions. I would prefer someone with previous house-sitting experience, good references, and the willingness to have a video call before we agree to anything. It is important that the sitter keeps me updated while I am away and contacts me immediately if there are any concerns. I am looking for someone who will treat Bindi and my home with the same care they would give their own. The sitter’s main responsibility will be caring for Bindi, He will need regular walks, 1 x day feeding according to his usual routine, fresh water, companionship, and plenty of time with someone at home. The sitter should not leave him alone for long periods and must contact me immediately if there are any concerns about his health or behaviour. The sitter will also be responsible for keeping the house secure, bringing in the post, taking out rubbish, watering plants when needed, and leaving the home clean and tidy. I would appreciate occasional updates and photos of Bindi while I am away. There is also an African grey parrot in the home. Her responsibilities include providing fresh food and water, keeping her area clean, and observing her carefully for any changes in eating, droppings, or behaviour. Detailed instructions will be provided. Sunny Locarno views of lago Maggiore. Modern style condo with garage and laundry 300 m from grand piazza. Great balcony and quiet location. Potential sitters should be genuinely comfortable caring for both a medium-sized dog and an African grey parrot. Bindi is a friendly 20 kg rescue dog who enjoys companionship and should not be left alone for long periods, so this sit is best suited to someone who plans to spend a reasonable amount of time at home. Applicants should have previous experience caring for dogs, be confident taking Bindi for regular walks, and be willing to follow his established feeding and care routine. They must also be comfortable providing the daily care required by an African grey parrot. Please apply only if you are responsible, clean, respectful of other people’s property, and able to maintain the home during your stay. I would like occasional updates and photos while I am away and expect to be contacted promptly if any concern arises. Before confirming the sit, I will require a video call, proof of identification, good and verifiable references, and a recent police clearance or criminal-record check. No, sorry.
