Bongaree, Queensland

3br home on beautiful Bribie Island, 1 block back from the serene water of Pumicestone Passage (sunsets), 10 mins drive to ocean beach at Woorim. Walk to shops, bowls club. No pets at the moment. As I am away for a long period, I just want a presence in the house really. Mow small back lawn if it needs it. Water potplants in fernery at end of patio. The house beside me is being rebuilt. Completion expected early October. Builders work 7-3 weekdays only, and are super polite.
