Lovely house on two acres near Bordeaux France

I am looking for a reliable and experienced home sitter who must have experience with horses. Experience with cats is easier! I have one guest room so this home sit is for one person or a couple, not for a family. Non smokers only please. Responsibilities will include feeding my horse and donkey, making sure they have clean water at all time, removing their manure on a daily basis, taking care of my adorable cat who is an indoor-outdoor cat wearing a GPS collar. There might also be some minor painting like the grout on some doors but nothing major. There are tons of good features! My property is a terrific house with a beautiful kitchen and even a cardio room. Across the road, you have access to walking in a lovely forest. It is a registered bird sanctuary. Golf is less than 10 minutes away. It is rural but located 5 minutes from the Paris-Bordeaux freeway so easy access. Tons of things to do in the Bordeaux area from the world famous wine country to the stunning atlantic coast. You will need a car. If you come directly, the closest airport is Bordeaux where you can easily rent a car and hop of the freeway. No, sorry.
