3-bedroom inner city house in vibrant, leafy Flemington - with a gorgeous kitty

Looking for a trustworthy, clean, reliable, quiet, respectful house sitter. Experience housesitting (with references), good communication, and a love of animals essential. Experience gardening not required, but is a nice-to-have. Feed and love my cat, Taj. Take generally looks after himself but can get anxious when no-one is around. Main job is to feed, clean up after and care for him. After that, please keep the house clean and tidy and water the garden if there is a dry spell. Would appreciate some leaf litter clean up and weeding, if needed, but not required. It is a renovated weatherboard home with 3 bedrooms (1 used as a study), 2 bathrooms and 2 lounge rooms. Super pretty, comfortable and nicely furnished. Only 5km (or a few train stops) from the CBD. Tram lines also run from both ends of the street. There are great restaurants only a few minutes walk away, as well as 3 pubs and a bar. The garden is edible: please help yourself! References a must. You must also be non-smoking. You can't bring your own pets (sorry!). Only one bedroom, with king size bed, available for use. No, sorry.
