Get the mail at least once if you are here for a week. take the trash out and don't forget your fob or you'll be locked out. While I am right by the river, I am also 5 minutes away from small shopping center and larger one is .5 miles up the road. I have 2 parking spaces, and it is $6 to Uber to the University. You can also walk to a fantastic Thai restaurant and a local coffee shop called Grit which are part of this compound. There is absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property. No loud music and I expect this place to be kept clean. No young children must be over 14. No, sorry.
