Dogsit 4 - 22 Sept Vélez-Málaga, SPAIN 1 Dog

We are Ian and Barb, a retired couple now living in Spain.
We recently purchased our home in Spain and are living in the delightful area of Velez-Malaga. Ian (UK Citizen) is a retired Sales and Marketing Exec. Barbara (US citizen) is a Psychotherapist. We both love Spain but like to travel to other countries when we can so we need petsitters when we do. We have one dog a Standard Poodle who is a character and fun to be with. Our home is spacious and has a unique position with stunning views. Our local village has all the amenities you could want. You need a vehicle to housesit where we are located.

OUR HOME
Beautifully positioned sunny villa with stunning views, swimming pool and large terrace overlooking a ravine full of mango trees, almonds trees which creates a picturesque environment.
Ground floor - 3 bedrooms each with private bathrooms which access to the lounge area.
Lounge (working fireplace) and dining room has benefit of the views.
Kitchen - is also on the ground floor (induction hob, oven and dishwasher).
Rooms - In total we have 4 double ensuite bedrooms.
Upstairs - Master ensuite bedroom, and lounge (with a working fireplace)
Garage - converted to R & R room (washing machine present).
Steep track to get to the property which accommodates most vehicles.
OUR PET
Beau Beau - a Standard Poodle, aged 2.5 years. Lively and friendly, though must be kept on lead when you are walking him. He may react (unlikely but possible) to large male dogs so a lead is important.
OUR GARDEN
Walking path now exists to walk Beau Beau or for you our visitor to walk around the property. So Beau Beau can be exercised purely in the grounds - no lead needed when he is on the property. The property is dog secure, with an electronic gate.
OUR LOCATION
We are in a unique position with stunning views of the sea and mountainous ravines below the property. The local village of Benamargosa has 2 shops, a bank, and cafes to eat in. There is a post office though it is only open for 1 hour per day. We can give you a more detailed guide about the bakers, the shops etc.
