Walks can be as short as 20 minutes or as long as an hour. Small, quiet neighborhood in gorgeous small town Chatham on Cape Cod, a peninsula 2 hours south and east from Boston. 20 minute walk to beach! Need to be able to drive in the US in case of emergency.
