Lovely stay on the Coast of Oregon Nov 5th, 2026-Dec 6th,2027

I will be leaving the country from November 5th until December 6th. I have no pets only plants. I am looking for a person who would like to stay on the north coast of Oregon in a home overlooking the bay. We may get storms and I seek someone who has good communication skills who can let me know if there is property damage. Basically just watering plants and checking over the property for storm damage. I will be covering my raised beds with tarps and high winds could disturb these. Covering them back up would be menial. We haven't had any problems for the past 20+ years, but you never know. I live on a quiet street with a bay view. I am 1.5 miles from downtown Astoria a town rich in history. There are many great restaurants and art galleries. We are 5 miles from the largest state park in Oregon and 5 miles from the Lewis and Clark Historical area. Shopping is 1.5 to 3 miles away. The beach is 6 miles from here. There is a master bedroom and a kitchen filled with anything you need to cook. I need someone who has good communication skills and is willing to stay for the month. Coming a day or so early would be nice to orient you. There are no other requirements other than watering the plants and basically looking over the property if there is a storm. No, sorry.
