The weather is quite warm also in winter, with max between 10 and 20 degrees, min above zero. The property is isolated among endless olive groves and forest. Internet is provided by Starlink with fast connection. All amenities and shops are 15’ away by car. You have to have a car. We prefer couples as the property is a bit far from “ civilization”. We will provide all neighbors’ contacts though. We usually go on and off during the sitters’ stay, so we are also partially present at the estate (especially during weekends). However, there four different apartment and everyone has its own privacy and spaces. No, sorry.
