Cat loving sitter needed in Halmstad, Sweden

We are looking for a home sitter who can provide love and care for our 3 year-old Kaching during our trip for one month in January-February. To help Kaching continue staying in her own home and environment safely and keep her usual routines in her own territory. Most important is she needs her litter box cleaned every day, maybe some treats and play. She's an only child and needs human contact daily to feel safe and calm. She doesn't talk much and often keep to herself (near her human) but can definitely get naughty when she wants to play. She likes to show love by rubbing against but not so much cuddles. She however loves pets, her chin scratched and her fur brushed. She always gets so happy to hear how good girl she is. It's okay to leave her during the day if you want to explore the town or even for a night as long as it's not more than 24 hours and not often or she can get quite anxious being left alone for so long. She has her automatic feeder that she gets her food from 4 times a day. She's still young and healthy so no need for medicine. Her main food is dry kibbles but she gets malt in the tube daily and cat milk mixed with water 1-2 times a day. Her water in the fountain needs to be changed daily or every other day and cleaned every week. Also her food tray should be cleaned every 2-3 day. We have a LittyCat bin that contains waste smell so well you don't need to empty it often (usually 3-4 days when it gets heavy). The litter box is stainless steel as well so it doesn't smell one bit. She usually buries her wastes well but she might not be able/want to if there's not enough space to dig (meaning it needs scooping). We're sorry for not providing scoop-free automatic litter box. We've tried but Kaching was really NOT a big fan. :( Our main focus is our little Kaching. We don't need you as the sitter to do anything else for the apartment. But you need to be a somewhat clean and tidy person and maintain the clean home as you yourself want to live in. Our home is a 53-sqm apartment located in the heart of Halmstad. It consists of a bedroom, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. The laundry room is shared in the basement that you can book with the apartment's key. There's also a gym and sauna in the building. The apartment is on the third floor and there's an elevator right in front. The area is quiet and close to 3 grocery stores within a walking distance. A 4-minute walk to the bus station that takes only 5 minutes to the town center. A 5-minute walk to the college, Halmstad högskolan. A 10-15 minute walk to the train station. We can provide and pay for your parking on the street if you have a car with you. It's quite a small apartment so may be more suitable for a solo traveler. A couple is fine for us if you yourselves don't mind the size. There are also rules of common courtesy that you should not be loud so late night party is not allowed. A normal visit from your family or a couple of friends is fine. We require that you don't smoke and don't have any infectious diseases that can dwell after your visit. A student who needs to temporarily be in town for the college is also welcome. No, sorry.
