St. Neots, East of England

We live in a detached Grade 2 listed cottage in a village setting. The house has 3 bedrooms, family bathroom and downstairs loo, and well equipped kitchen. The ground floor has been extended so there is lots of living space, and our living room and dining room have open fires. We have a mature garden with outdoor furniture. I work from home so there is a study with good wifi and desk, monitor set up.

We have 2 cats that come and go as they please with no litter tray, or med requirements, they just need feeding and fuss.

The village has a lovely pub that serves amazing food, a Morrisons local, and lively community. The nearest towns of Huntingdon and St Neots are 3 & 5 miles away, they have typical high st shops, and good train links into London. There is a bus service from the village but it is infrequent and a car would be better. The village is surrounded by countryside with lot of walks, bike trails, a river, nature reserve etc. We also have kayaks/ paddleboards. The nearest major city is Cambridge or Peterborough, both about a 30min drive.
