A rated passive House

Hi, I am looking for a reliable, non-smoker, preferably one person. happy to spend time on their own or meet up in mingle with the locals. There is not much to be done in my house, as it runs pretty smoothly however I would need the dustbins put out once a week. As it’s winter, I don’t think the lawnwill need to be cut. But I would appreciate if you could pick up some of the leaves so drains don’t block. And just take the post. I do not need my pets looked after this time. As they will be travelling with us so it is only a House sit. My house is in a town, so it’s possible to walk everywhere. There is a local link at the end of my road so a car is not necessary. I would prefer one person if possible, you would have your own bedroom bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Your own transport would be good but not necessary as the local link is nearby. No, sorry.
