Somebody who loves nature, animals and the simple life-style of the Acores. My 2 houses are beautifully located beside a little stream, have a big garden and seaview. The perfect place to take a time-out or to work on a project, writing, painting…. The two main responsiblities are my 9 years old dog Max and 13 years old cat Timida They mainly need loving care. Max loves to walk and to play.Timida lives mainly outside, has a cat-door to come in for feeding and at times to spend the night. Even though you live here in plain nature and very quietly, the village of Cedros is only 10 minutes away. There you find 2 shops and restaurants. A lovely natural pool is 5 minutes away. In 30 minutes you are in Horta, our very nice capital with a lively marina and many shops and restaurants. The weather on the island is very changeable, you may wake up to bright sunshine and get rained on a short time later. The good thing is that bad weather does usually not linger on for a long time. But it can get very stormy at times. My guest house is a beautiful old stone house, it has a small kitchen and a bathroom/toilet, so if you have friends visiting, there is place for them. The main house has a wooden stove for cozy evenings, should it be a little chilly. No, sorry.
