About Terry

Having done many house sits for friends and family over the years, and having retired recently, a non smoker and still very fit, I decided to make things more formal by joining Aussie House Sitters and also a few International housesitting services. My husband and I lived in Canberra ACT (Australia) for many years before we relocated to Melbourne VIC in 2016. We currently live on the Mornington Peninsula with our gorgeous fur baby Koko. She's a rescue dog, a lab/blue heeler cross, she was 5 months old when we adopted her she turns 14 years old in October this year. I have loved housesitting for family and friends because I love animals. We have pets in our family my eldest son in Taiwan has a rabbit & a long haired chihuahua called Dodo, my son in Canberra has 2 cats Bronson & Lily, my son in law has a French Mastiff called Gigi & a chihuahua called Hercules. Due the fact that my eldest son and his Taiwanese wife live in Kaohsuing and I visit them every year it made sense for me to join a few International housesitting organisations to offer my services as a house sitter during my annual holidays in Taiwan. I have been visiting Taiwan every year since 2018. During the first 3 years I used to visit my son in Taichung before he relocated to Kaohsuing 3 years ago. I love both cities and I've really enjoyed sightseeing in each one of them. I love the Taiwanese culture, food and the people. As a home owner for 40 odd years I know how important it is to have a reliable house sitter and that is why I will look after your home and pets as if they were my own.
